6. Bonus & Promotions

9. Prohibited Conduct

Bp99a maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, abuse, or unethical behaviour. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts / multi-accounting)
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration
• Collusion or cooperation between players to exploit the game system
• Use of any automated software, bots, or unauthorised assistance tools
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the games
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through dishonest means
• Spreading false information or harmful content about bp99a

10. Account Closure

You may close your bp99a account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closing, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn first, as any remaining balance after the closure process may not be recoverable.

• Account closure requested by the player will be processed within 48 working hours
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened unless reviewed and approved by the bp99a team
